leading coal Dust Suppression System Manufacturer And Supplier

Dust Suppression Systems Co is a leading manufacturer, supplier and integrator of coal dust suppression system in India espically for Coal Handling Plants(CHP). Coal mining presents a number of explicit hazards, going from breakdown and flooding to hazardous blasts. Dust made by coal handling plants and mining exercises presents a peril on the grounds that its inescapable nature makes a number of breathing related issues for individuals, just as support and maintenance issues for machinery. Dust too makes a possibly hazardous climate. Consistently, an inadmissible number of individuals are harmed or killed in underground coal mining mishaps or on the other hand endure long haul medical problems as a result of openness to coal dust.

We deploy 3 types of dust suppression system to suppress coal dusts.

  1. Dry fog dust control systems (for <10 PM dust particles)
  2. Misting system suppression
  3. Plain water suppression using sprinklers (for bigger particles)

Why is coal dust so dangerous for Humans and Machines?

Coal dust is both a wellbeing and security issue. The high centralization of coal dust created in either open-pit, plants handling coal or underground coal mineshafts can lead not exclusively to the death of excavators experiencing pneumoconiosis yet in addition to coal dust blasts and even gas blasts, which can bring about significant individual injury and financial misfortune. It is a health guideline that the laborer doesn’t inhale at the mine containing respirable dust surpassing a normal focus of 3 milligrams for every cubic meter air for coal dust.

Coal dust particles are created from the various creation measures including drill and blast, shearing or stacking, mining, coal accumulating, transportation, preparing and usage. There is likewise coal dust produced from transport which is driven by impact and falling of coal at subsurface exchange points and through ventilation airflow in the coal mineshaft and the normal breeze from the open air climate. The level of coal transformation shifts in various mining territories which influences its wetness. We currently tackle what should be perceived about coal itself to accomplish viable dust suppression. The actual science qualities of coal change with various transformative phases of coal which affects wetness. Artificially, the benzene rings, sweet-smelling hydrocarbons with benzene rings, aliphatic hydrocarbons with methyl and methylene are hydrophobic. Oxygen containing useful gatherings addressed by hydroxyl and carboxyl gatherings and silicates and carbonate minerals are hydrophilic. The science of coal face is then administered by the essential hydrophobic locales combined with optional hydrophilic destinations.

The advantages of utilizing dust suppression in coal handling plants:

This “one-stop” dust management conveys the most operationally strong and practical arrangements across your whole plant area.

Our suppression solutions can be utilized in a wide scope of uses like development, Quarries, Mills, semi-lasting streets, impermanent streets, underground work zones, uncovered territories etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dust Suppression Co offers end to end solutions including site assessment, design, supply, integration and maintenance of dust suppression systems for coal handling plants(CHP). Our range of service includes wagon tippler dust suppression, sprinkler for haul roads, Conveyor transfer points and many other dust sources.

Yes it can be used. Coal dust suppression system can be used along with dust collection system in coal mines as dust collectors efficiency is limited only to a confined area whereas coal dust suppression can be implemented for wider area.

Dry fog systems uses air compressor with pressure of around 4 to 5 kg/cm2 ( bar).

Dust Extraction systems are effective only upto 1.5 times the size of the dust collectors mouth. so its very effective in confined area in coal handling plants. whereas, Dust suppression systems can be deployed on a wider area.

Yes we can arrange smaller attachment in the dust exchange areas of conveyors including conveyor transfer points or Junction transfer points.

No. RO water is not required for suppression dust but the water should be filtered and should be free from dust and calcium contents for trouble free operation of the nozzles.

Based on the coverage area, the total number of nozzles will be designed and deployed. Based on the dust particle size either ultra-fine mist nozzles or high pressure misting nozzles or sprinkler systems to be used.

Water consumption will be very less, approximately 35-60 ml per nozzle in case of high pressure system and 100 to 300 ml per nozzle per minute in case of dry fog system. Total number of nozzles in dry fog coal dust suppression system will be lesser compared to high pressure system.
